To create a project using the OnBase Unlock Documents skeleton:
  1. In the left pane, select New.
  2. Select OnBase Unlock Documents.
    The OnBase Unlock Documents dialog box is displayed.
  3. In the Process Name field, enter the process name.
  4. In the Select File Location field, accept or modify the file location.
  5. Select the required Activity Version from the drop-down list.
  6. (Optional) To connect the process to the legacy database instead to the RPA Platform, select Connect Process to Legacy Database.
  7. Click Create.
    The UNLOCK DOCUMENT SET UP dialog box is displayed.
  8. In the OnBase Location field, enter or browse to the location of the OnBase Thick Client.
  9. In the Data Source field, enter a valid OnBase or ADO.NET configuration name.
  10. In the Lock expiration time field, accept or modify the time after which the document should be unlocked.
  11. Click Next.
  12. Enter the OnBase administrator credentials in the fields provided.
  13. Click Confirm.
    RPA Designer creates and opens the process. The process contains predefined activities with predefined variables for the required properties, which you can customize or remove as needed.
