If you are experiencing a problem and need support, follow the steps below to provide our support with log files and, optionally, the ampro file:

  1. In the upper left corner, click Menu .
  2. In the left pane, select About.
    The About pane is displayed.
  3. From the Collect support information list:
    • Select Quick to provide only the current RPA Designer log file.
    • Select Full to provide all of today's RPA Designer log files along with the .ampro file.
    The Save As dialog box is displayed.
  4. Click Save.
