RPA Conductor is installed on instances. Instances are physical or virtual machines that must be registered with a token. Do the following:
  1. To retrieve the license key for Hyland RPA Conductor:
    1. Log on to the Customer Portal.
    2. In the left pane, select Hyland RPA Platform.
    3. In the Hyland RPA Conductor pane, select Details.
    4. To copy the license key to the clipboard, click .
  2. Open Hyland RPA Web Manager.
  3. In the left pane, click Instances and Agents.
  4. In the Instances and Agents pane, on the right side, click Add.jpg.
  5. In the Create registration token dialog box, from the Token expires in drop-down list, select the number of days you want the token to be valid.
  6. From the Activation limit drop-down list, select the number of clients (also known as instances) that you can activate with the token.
  7. In the Conductor license key field, paste the license key from the clipboard.
  8. Click Create registration token.
    The created RegistrationToken.xml is downloaded automatically.
  9. In the Next Steps dialog box, click Finish.
  10. From your download folder, copy RegistrationToken.xml to the Hyland RPA Conductor\Service folder.
