RPA Conductor is installed on instances. Instances are
physical or virtual machines that must be registered with a token. Do the
following:

To retrieve
the license key for Hyland RPA Conductor:
- Log on to the Customer Portal.
- In the left pane, select Hyland RPA Platform.
- In the Hyland RPA Conductor pane, select Details.
- To copy the license key to the clipboard, click .
- Open Hyland RPA Web Manager.
- In the left pane, click Instances and Agents.
- In the Instances and Agents pane, on the right side, click .
- In the Create registration token dialog box, from the Token expires in drop-down list, select the number of days you want the token to be valid.
- From the Activation limit drop-down list, select the number of clients (also known as instances) that you can activate with the token.
- In the Conductor license key field, paste the license key from the clipboard.

Click Create registration token.
The created RegistrationToken.xml is downloaded automatically.
- In the Next Steps dialog box, click Finish.
- From your download folder, copy RegistrationToken.xml to the Hyland RPA Conductor\Service folder.
