To install RPA Conductor:
  1. On the client where you want to create an instance, create the following directories:
    • C:\HylandRPAClient
    • C:\HylandRPAClient\Conductor
  2. Log on to the Customer Portal.
  3. In the left pane, select Hyland RPA Platform
  4. In the Hyland RPA Conductor pane, click Details.
  5. Click Product Downloads.
  6. On the row with the latest release, click Get Files.
  7. In the Latest Release pane, next to the latest MSI package for RPA Conductor, click Download.
  8. Launch the MSI file and follow the instructions in the wizard.
    Note: We recommend using the same installation directory on each computer you install RPA Conductor.
  9. From the [InstallationDirectory]\Conductor\Service directory, launch AM.Conductor.exe.
  10. After the setup has finished, restart the computer.
  11. To verify that the registration token has been accepted:
    1. Open Hyland RPA Web Manager.
    2. In the left pane, click Instances and Agents.
    3. Check that at least one instance is active.
