Hyland RPA Designer is the application where you configure step-by-step actions you want a bot to execute.

Activities are the actions a bot can perform. The Activities version you use to build the bot's instructions in RPA Designer will need to be added to the Web Manager so that any instance can download that version of activities to use during task execution.
