To install an application:
  1. Log on to the Customer Portal.
  2. In the left pane, click Hyland RPA or Hyland RPA Platform.
  3. In the pane of the application you want to install, click Download to download the latest release.
    Note: To download a previous release, click Details and the click Product Downloads.
  4. In the Latest Release pane, select either to download the installation package as .msi or .zip file.
    The installation package is downloaded to the local Download folder.
  5. Launch the installer and follow the instructions or unzip the .zip package.
