To configure Application Request Routing:
- If not already present, download and install Microsoft Application Request Routing from the Microsoft website.
- In Internet Information Services (IIS) Manager, in the Connections pane on the left, select the server.
- In the middle pane, double-click Application Request Routing Cache.
- In the Actions pane on the right, select Server Proxy Settings.

Application Request Routing pane:
- Select Enable Proxy
- Clear Reverse rewrite host in response headers.
- In the Actions pane on the right, select Apply.
