To configure Application Request Routing:
  1. If not already present, download and install Microsoft Application Request Routing from the Microsoft website.
  2. In Internet Information Services (IIS) Manager, in the Connections pane on the left, select the server.
  3. In the middle pane, double-click Application Request Routing Cache.
  4. In the Actions pane on the right, select Server Proxy Settings.
  5. In the Application Request Routing pane:
    1. Select Enable Proxy
    2. Clear Reverse rewrite host in response headers.
  6. In the Actions pane on the right, select Apply.
