For this process to be used across your entire organization, all of the bots must have access to both the process itself and the activities version that was used.

In this topic you will check that your process is available in Web Manager, and upload the Activities version you were using when building the workflow in RPA Designer.

  1. To check the process:
    1. In Hyland RPA Web Manager, in the left pane, select Processes.
    2. In the Processes pane, select your process.
    3. In the Process details pane, click the Versions tab and verify that the correct .ampro file is there.
  2. To check the activities version:
    1. If you aren't sure which Activities version you used, in RPA Designer, select File > Project > General to check it.
    2. In Hyland RPA Web Manager, in the left pane, select Activities.
    3. In the Activities pane, verify that the correct version is in use.
  3. If the correct Activities version is not listed:
    1. In the Customer Portal, In the left pane, select Hyland RPA Platform
    2. In the Hyland RPA Designer pane, click Download.
    3. In the Latest Release pane, in the ZIP section, click Download next to the required Activities version.
    4. In Hyland RPA Web Manager, in the left pane, select Activities.
    5. In the Activities pane, click and then select Stable.
    6. In the Upload file dialog box, select the .zip file and then click Upload file.
    The Activities version is listed in the Activities pane.
