Next you need to create a group that will be allowed to execute the process. Groups are sets of agents who are allowed to work on a particular set of processes.

To create a new group:

  1. In Hyland RPA Web Manager, in the left pane, select Groups.
  2. In the Groups pane, click Add.jpg.
  3. In the Create Group dialog box, in the Name field, enter the group name.
  4. (Optional) In the Description field, enter a descriptive text.
  5. In the Processes section, click Add.jpg.
  6. In the Add processes to group box, select your process and then click Add process.
  7. In the Agents section, click Add.jpg.
  8. In the Add agents to group dialog box, select at least one agent to automate tasks assigned to processes in the group and then click Add agent.
  9. Click Create group.
    The new Group is listed in the Groups pane.
