The process that you just created in RPA Web Manager will hold the .ampro file from RPA Designer.

Now you need to upload the ampro file to the platform, so that all bots can access the same instructions. Do the following:

  1. In RPA Designer, in the upper left corner, click .
  2. Select Project > Environment > Connect to Platform.
    Note: This step is required as your workflow is set up to connect to a database instead of the platform by default. The Connect to Platform button converts the workflow so it can be used on the platform.
  3. From the drop-down list, select the process you just created in RPA Web Manager. If the new process does not show up at first, click .
  4. Click Save.
  5. In the Convert to Hyland RPA Platform dialog box, click Okay.
  6. Select Project > Environment.
  7. Click Upload to upload this workflow to the platform.
  8. In the Upload File dialog box, add a comment, select Set version as active and use it for future task executions and then click Upload.

    RPA Designer displays the first version of your process.
