My Dashboard does not display any data, but tasks have been executed
Most likely there was a problem with the Analytics service, which is responsible for feeding and aggregating the reporting data from our back-end.
Do the following:
- Restart the Analytics service.
- Navigate to the Analytics folder in the installation directory of your platform, for example C:\HylandRPAPlatform/Analytics.
- Open a command prompt window.

Execute the following command line:
pm2 restart cube-api
My Hyland Designer Login into the platform returns the default IIS homepage
Please check the Application Request Routing in the IIS Manager.

In IIS Manager, select the Application Request Routing option.

In the right pane, select Server Proxy Settings.

Clear Reverse rewrite host response headers.
