User access to Spaces is inherited, which means users that are assigned to a top-level space, get access to lower-level spaces, without any additional access management.

To add a user to a space:

  1. In Hyland RPA Administration, in the left pane, select Spaces.
    The Spaces pane is displayed.
  2. Select a space.
  3. Scroll down to the Users section and begin entering the name of the user you want to add in the Search field.
    The list of users matching the entry appears in the Unassigned pane.
  4. Click Add next to the user you want to add to the space.
    The user is moved to the Assigned pane and can now access the space and all its subspaces.
  5. To remove a user from a space:

    • In the Assigned pane, click Remove next to the user you want to remove.
