If a webhook event has failed, you can redo it:

  1. In Hyland RPA Administration, in the left pane, select Webhooks.
    The Webhooks pane is displayed.
  2. Select the Event Log tab.
  3. Click next to the webhook you want to redo and then click Redo event .
    The Redo event dialog box is displayed.
  4. Click Redo event.
    The system sets the status to Pending and resends the webhook.
