To add an agent to a group:
  1. In the left pane, on the Automations tab, select Groups
    The Groups pane is displayed.
  2. Click next to the group you want to add an agent to and then click Agents.
    The Group Details pane is displayed.
  3. Click Add Add.jpg.
    The Add agents to group dialog box is displayed.
  4. Select one or more agents and then click Add agent.
