To create a group:

In the left pane, on the Automations
tab, select Groups.
The Groups pane is displayed.

Click Create
.
The Create Group dialog box is displayed. - In the Name field, enter the group name.
- From the Processes drop-down list, select at least one process to be executed by the group.
- From the Agents drop-down list, select at least one agent to automate tasks assigned to processes in the group.
- Optional. To create an inactive group, select Inactive.
- Optional. In the Description field, enter a descriptive text.
- Click Create Group.
