To create a group: In the left pane, on the Automations tab, select Groups. The Groups pane is displayed. Click Create . The Create Group dialog box is displayed. In the Name field, enter the group name. From the Processes drop-down list, select at least one process to be executed by the group. From the Agents drop-down list, select at least one agent to automate tasks assigned to processes in the group. Optional. To create an inactive group, select Inactive. Optional. In the Description field, enter a descriptive text. Click Create Group.
