To create a process:

In the left pane, on the Automations
tab, select Processes.
The Processes pane is displayed.

Click Create
.
The Create Process dialog box is displayed. - In the Name field, enter the process name.

Select a Status from
the drop-down list:

Active: Enable task automation

Inactive: Disable task automation

- Optional. In the Department field, enter the department in which the process is executed.

Do one of the following:

Select a Group from the drop-down list.

Click Create group to create a new group.

- Optional. In the Process owner field, enter the process owner.
- Optional. In the Description field, enter a descriptive text.

Optional.
- To create a task configuration for a DCO task, select Create DCO Task Configuration.
- To create a task configuration for a PRO task, select Create PRO Task Configuration.
- Click Create process.
