To manage the files:

1. In the left pane, on the Automations tab, select Processes.
   The Processes pane is displayed.
2. Click next to the process whose task configuration you want to modify and then click Details .
   The Process details pane is displayed.
3. Click the Versions tab.
4. Click next to the process you want to manage.
   1. To download the process file, click Download .
   2. To activate the process file, click Activate .
   3. To deactivate the process file, click Deactivate .
   4. To delete the process file, click Delete .
   Note: Ensure that at least one process version is active for task processing.
