To add an entry to a dictionary:
  1. In the left pane, select Dictionaries and errors.
    The Dictionaries and errors pane is displayed.
  2. On the Dictionary tab, click next to the dictionary to which you want to add an entry, and then click Edit.
    The Edit Dictionary dialog box is displayed.
  3. Click the Entries tab.
  4. Click Create Add.jpg.
    The Create dictionary entry dialog box is displayed.
  5. Enter the name and the value of the dictionary entry in the fields provided.
  6. Optional. To create another entry, select Create another entry.
  7. Click Create entry.
