To create a dictionary:
  1. In the left pane, on the Assets tab, select Dictionaries and errors.
    The Dictionaries and errors pane is displayed.
  2. On the Dictionary tab, click Create Add.jpg.
    The Create dictionary dialog box is displayed.
  3. In the Name field, enter a name for the dictionary.
  4. Optional. In the Description field, enter a descriptive text.
  5. Click Create dictionary.
    The Edit Dictionary dialog box is displayed.
  6. Click the Entries tab.
  7. Click Create Add.jpg.
    The Create dictionary entry dialog box is displayed.
  8. Enter the name and the value of the dictionary entry in the fields provided.
  9. Optional. To create another entry, select Create another entry.
  10. Click Create entry.
