To activate or deactivate a conductor:

  1. In the left pane, on the Assets tab, select Conductor.
    The Conductors and agents pane is displayed.
  2. Click next to the conductor whose details you want to change and then click Details.
    The Conductor details pane is displayed.
  3. From the Status list, select Active or Inactive.
