To activate or deactivate an Agent:
  1. In the left pane, on the Assets tab, select Conductor.
    The Conductors and agents pane is displayed.
  2. Click next to the conductor on which you want to create an agent and then click Agents.
    The Conductor details pane is displayed.
  3. In the lower pane, on the Agents tab, click next to the agent and then click Activate or Deactivate.
  4. To delete and agent:
    1. In the lower pane, on the Agents tab, click next to the agent and then click Delete.
      The Delete agent dialog box is displayed.
    2. Click Delete agent.
