If the Windows credentials have changed, they must be updated in RPA Web Manager. To change the credentials:
  1. In the left pane, on the Assets tab, select Conductor.
    The Conductors and agents pane is displayed.
  2. Click next to the conductor on which you want to update the agent's credentials and then click Agents.
  3. To edit the user name:
    1. Click next to the agent and then click Edit username.
    2. Enter the new user name and then click .
  4. To change the password:
    1. Click next to the agent and then click Change password.
      The Change Password dialog box is displayed.
    2. In the Current Password field, enter the current password.
    3. In the New Password field, enter the new password and then click Change password.
