To delete a Conductor:

  1. In the left pane, on the Assets tab, select Conductor.
    The Conductors and agents pane is displayed.
  2. Click next to the conductor you want to delete and then click Details.
    The Conductor details pane is displayed.
  3. To delete a Conductor, select More > Delete > .
    A warning dialog box is displayed.
  4. Do one of the following:
    • To delete the Conductor, click Delete Conductor.
    • To request a license deactivation, click Request deactivation.
