RPA Web Manager also includes capabilities to manage RPA Conductor licenses. Each license state is displayed in the License state column in the Conductor and agents view.
License States
The following table lists the possible license states.
| License State | Description |
|---|---|
| Activation pending | License awaiting activation. RPA Conductor will activate the license at the next launch. |
| Offline activation pending | The system failed to perform online activation. The user must perform the manual offline activation process to activate the RPA Conductor license. |
| Activated | The RPA Conductor license is ready to use. |
| Activation declined | The license service rejected the activation request. Your license may have expired or you may have reached the activation limit. Please check your license status in the Customer Portal. |
| Deactivation requested | User requested license deactivation in RPA Web Manager. RPA Conductor will deactivate the license at the next launch. |
| Offline deactivation pending | The system failed to perform the online deactivation. The user must perform the manual offline deactivation process to deactivate the RPA Conductor license. |
| Deactivated | The RPA Conductor license is deactivated. |
