To request a license deactivation:
  1. In the left pane, on the Assets tab, select Conductor.
    The Conductors and agents pane is displayed.
  2. Click next to the conductor for which you want to request a license deactivation and then click Details.
    The Conductor details pane is displayed.
  3. In the License pane, click More > Request deactivation.
    The license state updates to Deactivation requested.
  4. Optional. If you want to cancel the deactivation request, click More > Cancel deactivation request.
    The license remains activated.
  5. To execute the deactivation request, launch RPA Conductor.
