To retry the activation for a license key in state Activation declined.
  1. In the left pane, on the Assets tab, select Conductor.
    The Conductors and agents pane is displayed.
  2. Click next to the conductor with the license key in state Activation declined and then click Details.
    The Conductor details pane is displayed.
  3. In the License pane, click More > Retry activation.
    The license state updates to Activation pending.
