Moving a group to another space moves all its members and their associated objects to the selected space. This includes:

  • Processes
  • All tasks assigned to the processes in the group
  • Agents
  • Schedules
  • Triggers

To move a group to another space:

  1. In Hyland RPA Web Manager, in the left pane, select Groups.
    The Groups pane is displayed.
  2. Click next to the group you want to move and then click Change space.
    The Move [group name] to space dialog box is displayed.
  3. If errors are displayed below Validation, resolve the errors to continue.
    Note: RPA Activity version 23.2 or later must be assigned to the processes in the group to be moved.
  4. Select the required space from the drop-down list.
  5. Click Move Group.
  6. Click Switch to [space name] to switch to the newly assigned space or Close to stay in the current space.
