To move a process and its assigned tasks to another space:

  1. In Hyland RPA Web Manager, in the left pane, select Processes.
    The Processes pane is displayed.
  2. Click next to the process you want to move and then click Change space.
    The Move [process name] to space dialog box is displayed.
  3. If errors are displayed below Validation, resolve the errors to continue.
    Note: RPA Activity version 23.2 or later must be assigned to the process to be moved.
  4. Select the required space from the drop-down list.
  5. Click Move Process.
  6. Click Switch to [space name] to switch to the newly assigned space or Close to stay in the current space.
