To modify the properties of one or more tasks: In the left pane, on the Automations tab, select Tasks. The Tasks pane is displayed. Select one or more tasks. The BATCH OPERATION button is displayed. Click BATCH OPERATION. The Batch operation pane is displayed. Select the property you want to change. If you selected Change priority, select the new priority from the drop-down list. If you selected Delay tasks, enter the new date and time in the field provided. If you selected Delete run attachments, the Settings dialog box is displayed. Select the file type you want to delete from the drop-down list. To delete all available run attachments per task and run, select Delete attachments of all runs. To keep the attachments of the last run, select Keep attachments of last run. Click Save settings. Click Confirm selected operation. The Task selection pane is displayed. Click Start update. After the update is completed, the Overview pane is displayed. Click Close batch update to return to the Tasks pane.
