This release includes the following new features and enhancements:
- RPA Platform and its components have been updated to Angular 17 and
.NET 8. Note: Download and install .NET Core Hosting Bundle 8.0.8 before performing the update.
- The Tasks list now offers the possibility to save filters and to
access them from the Quick Filter list.
See the topic on filtering the tasks list in the Hyland RPA Platform documentation for more information.
- To reduce the number of tasks, you can now apply a retention policy. Once the
retention period is reached, the RPA Platform will delete the tasks for
you.
See the topics on updating a task configuration and updating the task configuration of a process in the Hyland RPA Platform documentation for more information.
- RPA Platform now provides the ability to create webhooks for Microsoft Teams to
send notifications for tasks or any other available object directly to
Teams.
See the topic on creating a webhook in the Hyland RPA Platform documentation for more information.
- The Tasks list has been improved. You can now access the
task logs, screenshots, and protocols directly from the task list.
- You can now configure a task to upload a protocol only when the task fails.
See the topic on updating a task configuration in the Hyland RPA Platform documentation for more information.
- The Processes list now offers the ability to activate or
deactivate selected processes in a batch operation, so that users can quickly
put the Platform into maintenance mode.
See the topic on activating or deactivating processes in the Hyland RPA Platform documentation for more information.
- To keep the database clean, users with the Administrator role can now activate
auto retention for audit logs to have the system remove old entries
overnight.
See the topic on activating auto retention for the audit log in the Hyland RPA Platform documentation for more information.
