The database tables Task and Log store data which should also be available after the task execution:

  • To transfer information between the data collector (DCO) and the robot itself (PRO), such as Input Data.
  • To provide a report on the robot runs, for example, on a monthly basis.
  • Click activities to analyze or trace the steps performed by the robot.

Hyland RPA does not delete robot data so as not to jeopardize the smooth operation of the robots. It is the customer's responsibility to delete these values and develop a deletion policy. Every customer has different requirements regarding the storage time of such robot data.

Therefore, the following is only a recommendation:

  • Delete data from the Task and Log tables older than 3 months.
  • Contact Hyland Support to obtain an archive script template.
