To use a set of existing font/character customizations or font overrides with OnBase, you must rename the .json file as AFPFontOverrides.json and place it on your computer. This file must be accessible by the OnBase Thick Client and/or an OnBase Application Server that is rendering AFP documents for viewing. If this file is missing, the AFP Rendering module will use the default set of font mappings and parameters. If the file is present, it will load the font/character customizations or font overrides into the memory. When a font that matches the override criteria is in use, the overrides will apply to the font output and the documents that use this font.
