The AFP Customize Fonts feature enables you to modify how specific documents are rendered. These documents may include AFP files with values that don't match the AFP specifications and documents containing typefaces unrecognised by Windows.

This feature is available only if the system is appropriately licensed for AFP and the logged in user has appropriate process configuration rights. For more information on required licensing and configurations, see the Licensing section or contact your system administrator.

To customize fonts used to render AFP documents:

  1. Log on to the OnBase Configuration module.
  2. Navigate to Utils | AFP Font Options and click AFP Customize Fonts.
    The AFP Customize Fonts dialog box is displayed.
  3. Perform the following actions from the dialog box, as required:
