Workday Studio integrations require an integration system user account for authentication and web service calls. Before you can use OnBase with Workday, you must create system users for the integration.

To create integration system users:

  1. From Workday, access the Create Integration System User task. The Create Integration System User screen is displayed.
  2. Enter a user name and password in the appropriate fields.
    Note:

    It is recommended that you select the check box to enable Do Not Allow UI Sessions.

  3. Click OK, and then click Done.
