Integration security groups include one or more integration system user accounts. It also provides Get and Put access to web servicer tasks. Access is based on the domain permissions of the group, and isn't contextual based on an organization. In order to interact with data in Workday, your integration system requires access to the web service operations that retrieve and insert the related data.

To create an integration security group:

  1. Access the Create Security Group task. The Create Security Group screen is displayed.
  2. From the Type of Tenanted Security Group drop-down list, select Integration System Security Group (Unconstrained).
  3. In the Name field, enter Hyland AP Integration Security Group.
  4. Click OK. The Edit Integration System Security Group (Unconstrained) screen is displayed.
  5. In the Integration System Users field, select the Integration System User you created earlier.
  6. Click OK, and then click Done.
