After the service has been installed in IIS and the JSON configuration file is in place, follow these steps to configure the Temp File Service:

  1. Download the TempFileService.Configuration utility from the Software Downloads page in your Customer Portal on Hyland Community.
  2. Extract the files from the .zip file downloaded to any location on your computer.
  3. Run the TempFileService.Configuration utility from a command line.

Once you run the utility, you will be able to finish the configuration by completing the following steps:

  1. Installing the Latest Temp File Service Database Schema

  2. Setting the Tenant Encryption Scheme

  3. Setting the Master Password in the Configuration File

  4. Configuring a Storage System

  5. Configuring the API Server for the Temp File Service
