Document Types on the Document Types page may have their information and settings edited, including their default file format and retrieval options.

To edit a Document Type's information in the OnBase Administration Portal, click its entry from the list of available Document Types on the Document Types page. The Document Type's page is displayed.

On the Document Type's page, the Name, Document Type Group, Default File Format, and Default Disk Group are shown. To edit this information, click Edit.

Note:

Changes to the Document Type's page are not saved until you click Save.
