The Show as Dropdown option allows you to display Keyword Values currently associated with the Keyword Type in a drop-down list format.
This option is only available for Keyword Types with the Alphanumeric data type.
If the Keyword Type is in a Keyword Type Group, Keyword Values must be configured in a Dataset before you can select the Show as Dropdown option.
The following sub-options are available for the Show as Dropdown option:

If selected, designates the order for the Keyword Values in the Dataset drop-down list as descending. If disabled, the list will appear in random order (based on database sorting). |

Only Display Distinct Values |
If selected, prevents duplicate values from displaying in a drop-down list. This option is only available for Alphanumeric Single Table Keyword Types that do not use a Dataset. |
