This guide describes the Admissions Process Automation for PeopleSoft BPA, which is a solution that allows you to look up and update checklist items within PeopleSoft that are associated with specific Document Types when they are received and indexed into OnBase, as well as allowing you to update the applicant decision for admissions for student applications, along with any associated data. For example, to accept, deny, or waitlist an applicant.
The Admissions Process Automation for PeopleSoft solution is comprised of EIS, Application Client Connector, and Workflow. For more information on configuration and usage of these modules, see the appropriate Module Reference Guide.
The Admissions Process Automation for PeopleSoft BPA was created for use with PeopleSoft Campus Solutions version 9.0, however, this BPA is generic and has been designed to work with previous versions of PeopleSoft. The BPA was constructed using version 8.54 of PeopleTools.
