To perform ad hoc Advanced Capture on an open document:

  1. From the OnBase Client, retrieve and open the document you wish to perform ad hoc Advanced Capture on. The document is displayed in the Document Viewer.
  2. Right-click on the document and select Perform Document Advanced Capture....

    The Advanced Capture process is performed.

    Note:

    If your workstation is not registered for Ad Hoc Advanced Capture or Advanced Capture, a message is displayed notifying you that the document has been routed to the Awaiting Ad Hoc Advanced Capture batch status queue for processing. In order to see the Awaiting Ad Hoc Advanced Capture batch status queue, as well as process batches residing within it, the workstation must be registered for Advanced Capture.
