New entries can be created and existing entries can be modified or deleted at any time for either the global or a form-level Keyword Lookup/Replace dictionary by accessing the Keyword Lookup and Replace dialog box.

To begin adding, modifying, or deleting a keyword lookup/replace dictionary entry:

  1. To access the global Keyword Lookup/Replace dictionary: click Global Keyword Lookup/Replace in the Tools panel of the Advanced Capture Configuration window.
  2. To access a form-level Keyword Lookup/Replace dictionary: click Keyword Lookup and Replace in the Form Definition dialog box when modifying an existing Advanced Capture form.
    Note:

    If you select <None> from the Keyword Type drop-down list, Keyword Lookup/Replace entries that were imported into your system under the <None> Keyword Type are displayed. These entries can be edited or deleted, but they cannot be added to a Keyword Lookup/Replace dictionary.
