Scan queues can be configured to automatically process batches once they enter the Awaiting Advanced Capture batch status queue.
Note:
Only batches scanned through the OnBase Client can be processed automatically at the scan queue level. Batches scanned through other sources are sent to the Awaiting Advanced Capture batch status queue and remain there until they are processed manually, through scheduling, or through a command line switch.
To configure a scan queue to automatically process a batch once it enters the Awaiting Advanced Capture batch status queue:

From the OnBase Configuration module, click Import | Scan Queues. The Scan Queue Configuration dialog box is displayed.

On the Batch Processing tab, select the Automatic Advanced Capture Processing check box.
Note:The Advanced Capture Processing Queue check box must be selected in order for the Automatic Advanced Capture Processing check box to be enabled.
