Google Analytics can be used with Agenda Online to view various real-time and historical public traffic statistics for meetings. Google Analytics 4 (GA4) accounts are supported and required for use after July 1 2023. Existing Google Universal Analytics accounts can be converted over to use GA4 and you will be prompted to do so in your GA account. Whether creating a new GA4 account or upgrading an existing UA account, a new Property will be created with a new “Measurement ID” (e.g. G-xxxxxxxxxx) and will need to be used in the Agenda Online Web config file. In the legacy Universal Analytics app the “Tracking ID” (e.g. UA-xxxxxxxxx) was used instead.

Note: If you are not on OnBase 23.1 or higher and want to continue using Google Analytics past July 1 2023, you will need to manually make the required changes to replace Google Universal Analytics with Google Analytics 4.
