In order for Agenda Media to work with the Hyland Cloud domain, specific configurations must be modified in the Application Server configuration file. These configurations provide the ability for Agenda Media to live stream, upload and view video-on-demand.

To configure the Application Server:

  1. Navigate to the following location: C:\inetpub\wwwroot\AppServer64.
  2. Locate the Web.config file, and open it using a text editor.
  3. Locate the <Hyland.Core.Media.HostedApplicationServer> section.
  4. Enter the following information:

    • url value - https://media1.hylandcloud.com/app/AppServer/service.asmx

    • datasource value - If you are upgrading, use the same datasource. If this is a new installation, Hyland Cloud provides this information.

    • username value - If you are upgrading, use the same username. If this is a new installation, Hyland Cloud provides this information.

    • password value - If you are upgrading, use the same password. If this is a new installation, Hyland Cloud provides this information.
