The Media Address map provides a way to link the media player to specific media servers for media playback in OnBase Agenda Online. You can specify the location to the content distribution network domain by using the External option. This is the recommended option and currently, the only supported option for Agenda Media. This option allows you to live stream, upload, and view video-on-demand.

To configure the media address map:

  1. Open the OnBase Configuration tool.
  2. From the Utils menu, select Media Services | Media Configuration | Media Address Map. The Media Address Map Configuration dialog box is displayed.
  3. In the field at the bottom of the dialog box, type the name for your OnBase Cloud Media Relay server.
    Note:

    You can obtain the OnBase Cloud Media Relay Server settings from your Hyland Cloud Services team representatives.

  4. Click Create. The server name is added to the Media Address Map text box.
  5. Select the Media Address Map name, and then click Settings. The Media Address Map Settings dialog box is displayed.
    Note:

    The Internal option is currently not used for Agenda Media.

  6. Select Externaldance.
  7. Type your distribution URL in the Distribution Address field.

    This distribution URL is provided to you by Hyland Cloud Support. If you do not have this URL please open a support case to retrieve it.

  8. Click Save.
