YouTube integration provides the opportunity to view live and on-demand meetings using the OnBase Minutes module. It also provides the ability for you to embed live streaming video from a YouTube channel into Agenda Online.
When using YouTube to embed a livestream into Agenda Online, you must have an active AdSense account. YouTube does not allow you to establish an AdSense account until your channel reaches 1,000 subscribers, and 4,000 watch hours. If you already have an AdSense account enabled, and have surpassed these requirements, you may start embedding videos into Agenda Online immediately. If you are creating a new channel that has not met these requirements, you are unable to embed and view a livestream in Agenda Online.
The recommended maximum meeting length for YouTube is 11 hours.
In order to integrate YouTube with OnBase Minutes and Agenda Online, you must configure the following applications:
-
Google (see Google Configuration)
-
YouTube (see YouTube Configuration)
-
OnBase(see OnBase Configuration for YouTube)
Before you configure YouTube, be sure that the Hyland Media Publisher service is set to a network user. This is to ensure that the Media Publisher properly authenticates to YouTube.
