To setup OnBase for the YouTube integration:

  1. Open the OnBase Config tool.
  2. From the Utils menu, select Media Services | Media Configuration | Media Address Map. The Media Address Map Configuration dialog box is displayed.
  3. In the field at the bottom of the dialog box, type YouTube to create a new address map for YouTube.
  4. Click Create.
  5. Select the YouTube address map, and then click Settings. The Media Address Map Settings dialog box is displayed.
  6. Do the following to set up the YouTube Media Address Map:

    • Select External.

    • In the Distribution Address field, type https://www.youtube.com.

  7. Click Save.
