YouTube setup involves creating a channel, and then linking that channel to the Media Server to enable live stream capabilities. You may also need to verify a YouTube application in your Google Cloud Platform before uploaded videos can be made public. See Verifying a YouTube Application for more information.
If you are creating a brand account, the YouTube configuration varies. See YouTube Setup for a Brand Account.

Complete the account verification process to verify the account. This allows you to unlock additional features on YouTube, and to prove that you are not a robot. Once this process has been completed, you must modify the Media Publisher configuration file to add the YouTube Information.
Once you have set up the livestream, you must enable monetization in order to view the streaming video. Essentially, you need to create an AdSense account, which is required by YouTube in order to view streaming video.
Note:YouTube requires new users to have 1,000 subscribers and 4,000 public watch hours before you can create an AdSense account. If your channel does not meet this criteria, you cannot enable live streaming for a meeting in Agenda Online. If your channel already meets the criteria, you can continue to set up the AdSense account. Otherwise, you must wait until the criteria is met to do so.
-
From the Studio Channel Dashboard screen, click Monetization from the left pane. The Monetization screen is displayed.
-
If your channel does not yet meet the criteria to enable live streaming, click Notify Me When I'm Eligible. YouTube will send a notification once the criteria is met, allowing you to complete the monetization process.
-
If your channel has already reached the threshold, click Start to complete the monetization process.
-
-
Enter information into the subsequent screens to set up your AdSense account. Once the information is submitted and approved, you are able to view livestreamed video from OnBase Minutes and Agenda Online.
Note:
The YouTube criteria for showing ads is 10,000 lifetime views.
