Credentials must be established to authenticate the client with the Media Server.
To create client credentials:

From the APIs & Services Dashboard screen, select Credentials from the side pane. The Credentials screen is displayed.

Click the Create Credentials option from the top of the screen. A list of options is displayed.

Select the 0Auth client ID option. The Create OAuth client ID screen is displayed.

From the Application Type drop-down list, select Desktop app. You can accept the default name in the Name field, or type a name you want. This name is not displayed externally.

Click Create. A message box is displayed, listing a client ID and a secret client.
Note:
Save the client ID and client secret in a text file. You will need to use them to setup the Google Service.
