If you have an existing version of Agenda Media, and want to upgrade to EP5 or higher, you must change over to a new "Post-EP5" address map URL.
Once upgraded to EP5 (21.1) or higher, a new Media Address Map URL is recommended to implement the improved caching. Please open a Hyland Cloud support ticket to receive your specific URL. This URL must be placed in the following location in the OnBase Config tool: Utils > Media Services > Media Configuration > Media Address Map - External.
